Refurbished Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 128GB – 6-Month Warranty

Refurbished & Fully Tested | 6-Month Mega Store Warranty

The Galaxy S21 Ultra is genuinely the phone that redefined what a Samsung "S" flagship could be — the first S-series phone to support the S Pen stylus, the first with dual telephoto cameras, and a display combining full QHD+ resolution with a genuinely adaptive 10–120Hz refresh rate for the first time without forcing a trade-off between the two. This remains one of the most feature-complete Android flagships available in Kenya's refurbished market.

The First S-Series Phone With S Pen Support

This was a genuinely significant moment for Samsung's lineup — until the S21 Ultra, S Pen functionality was exclusively a Note-series feature. The S21 Ultra brought full stylus support to the S-series for the first time, though notably without a built-in storage silo — the S Pen is sold separately and carried alongside the phone rather than slotting into the body itself, a genuine trade-off compared to the integrated Note experience.

Dual Telephoto Cameras: A Genuine Hardware First

This is worth explaining properly, since it's a real engineering distinction rather than a marketing claim. The S21 Ultra was Samsung's first flagship to include two separate telephoto lenses — a 3x optical zoom lens and a genuinely distinct 10x optical periscope zoom lens — rather than relying on a single telephoto sensor stretched digitally to cover the full zoom range. This means genuinely sharper, higher-quality results at both common zoom distances (3x for portraits) and extreme distances (10x for distant subjects), each handled by dedicated, purpose-built optics.

Adaptive 10–120Hz at Full QHD+: No More Compromise

The standard S20 series forced buyers to choose between full QHD+ resolution or a smooth 120Hz refresh rate — running both simultaneously wasn't supported. The S21 Ultra's display technology resolved this entirely, offering a genuinely adaptive refresh rate that scales all the way down to 10Hz for static content (extending battery life) and up to 120Hz for smooth motion, all while maintaining full QHD+ sharpness throughout.

Full Technical Specifications

A Genuinely Large 5,000mAh Battery

The S21 Ultra carries the largest battery in the S21 lineup at 5,000mAh, paired with the same fast charging options as the rest of the range. Combined with the efficient 5nm Exynos 2100 chipset, this delivers genuinely strong all-day endurance even under heavy use.

Who This Phone Is Genuinely Right For

Photography enthusiasts who want genuine dual optical telephoto zoom — a real hardware advantage most flagship phones still don't offer.

Buyers who want occasional S Pen functionality without needing a dedicated Note-series phone, understanding the pen is carried separately.

Anyone who wants the largest, most capable display in the S21 lineup, combining full resolution and smooth refresh without compromise.

Buyers who want Samsung's true 2021 flagship-of-flagships experience at a genuinely accessible refurbished price point.

Galaxy S21 Ultra vs Galaxy S21+ (128GB)

The Ultra adds S Pen support, the considerably higher-resolution 108MP main camera, genuine dual telephoto zoom (3x and 10x optical, versus the S21+'s single 3x hybrid), a larger 6.8-inch QHD+ display, and 12GB RAM (versus 8GB). A substantial, genuine upgrade across nearly every specification for buyers whose budget allows.

Galaxy S21 Ultra vs Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (128GB)

Both offer S Pen support and a 108MP main camera, but the S21 Ultra adds a second, dedicated 10x optical telephoto lens (versus the Note 20 Ultra's single 5x lens), a newer 5nm chipset, and an adaptive display reaching down to 10Hz. The Note 20 Ultra retains a built-in S Pen silo, a genuine convenience the S21 Ultra lacks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the S21 Ultra come with an S Pen included? The S Pen is sold separately and doesn't slot into a built-in silo like on Note-series phones — you'll carry it alongside the device rather than inside it.

Why does this phone have two telephoto lenses? To deliver genuinely sharp results at both common (3x) and extreme (10x) zoom distances using dedicated optics for each, rather than stretching a single sensor digitally across the full range — a real hardware advantage over single-telephoto flagships.

How does the adaptive 10-120Hz display work? It automatically scales the refresh rate between 10Hz for static content (extending battery life) and 120Hz for smooth motion, all while maintaining full QHD+ resolution throughout — no manual switching or resolution compromise required.

Does this phone have a microSD slot? No — like the rest of the S21 generation, storage is fixed at your chosen capacity with no expansion option.

Does this phone support 5G in Kenya? Yes, with seamless fallback to 4G LTE where 5G isn't yet available.

Is the phone unlocked and free of any account locks? Yes — every unit is verified fully unlocked before listing, and you're welcome to verify this with us before paying.
