What delivery costs
The delivery charge depends on where you are and the size of the item. We confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone before you pay. Collection from the shop is always free. For courier deliveries outside Nairobi, the courier's own charges apply and are quoted up front — we don't add a mark-up.
Checking your order on delivery
- Check the item in front of the rider before you accept it.
- Confirm the model, storage, colour and condition match your order, and that seals are intact on new items.
- If anything is wrong or the packaging is damaged, don't accept it — tell us the same day and we'll put it right.
Timelines are estimates
Traffic, weather, courier backlogs, public holidays and incomplete addresses all affect delivery times. If a delivery is going to be late, we'll tell you. In the rare case an item sells in the shop at the same moment you order it, we'll contact you straight away with the same model from incoming stock, an alternative, or a full refund — your choice.
