We collect as little as we need to deliver your order, and we never sell it.
Mega Store Kenya trades from New Alnoor Exhibition, Shop 7, Second Floor, Taveta Road, Nairobi CBD. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
- Order details you send us on WhatsApp or by phone — your name, phone number, delivery location and the items you want.
- Your basket is stored only in your own browser until you send it to us. When you tap “Send order on WhatsApp” we also keep a copy of that order (items, name, phone, delivery and payment choice) so our team can confirm and deliver it. We don't create an account for you.
- Basic site logs (IP address, pages visited) kept by our server for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To confirm stock, arrange delivery, take payment, honour returns and warranty, and answer your questions. We share delivery details only with the rider or courier carrying your order, and payment details only as needed with M-Pesa or your bank.
