Terms of Sale
The short version: genuine products, prices in Kenya shillings, and nothing is charged until we confirm your order.
These terms apply when you buy from Mega Store Kenya, whether in our shop at New Alnoor Exhibition, Shop 7, Second Floor, Taveta Road, Nairobi CBD, through this website, or over WhatsApp.
Orders
Sending your basket on WhatsApp is a request to buy — not a completed sale. We reply to confirm availability, the final price, delivery cost and timing. The contract is formed when you accept that confirmation.
Prices
Prices are in Kenya shillings and include VAT where applicable. Deal prices are valid for the week shown. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we'll tell you before you pay and you can cancel at no cost.
Payment
We accept M-Pesa, cash and card. You can pay on delivery within Nairobi after checking your item; for courier orders outside Nairobi we may ask for payment before dispatch.

We work hard to describe every product accurately. Photos are for illustration; packaging and minor colour shades can differ. If what arrives differs materially from what was described, our returns policy applies.
