What the Pro adds over the T-Rex 3
- Titanium bezel and buttons, lighter and tougher than the T-Rex 3's stainless steel.
- Sapphire glass, which resists scratches better than Gorilla Glass.
- A brighter 3,000-nit display for sunlight.
- A dual-colour LED flashlight, with an SOS mode and a boost mode.
- A built-in speaker and microphone for calls.
- BioCharge, Amazfit's energy and recovery measure.
- A second, smaller size.
Reviewers describe it as a cheaper alternative to premium Garmin outdoor watches. The one trade-off is slightly shorter typical battery life than the T-Rex 3 at the same size.
Who the T-Rex 3 Pro is for
Serious hikers, climbers and trail runners.
Divers and water-sport users, thanks to its 10 ATM rating.
Anyone who wants premium materials without paying Garmin prices.
T-Rex 3 Pro vs T-Rex Ultra 2
The T-Rex Ultra 2, also in our range, is Amazfit's flagship rugged watch with a bigger battery and 64 GB of storage for maps. See its page for the comparison.
