Use the store directory to search for a store or category. Open a store to browse its collection and use its product search.
Are all the shops part of the same business?
Mega Store Kenya is the marketplace. Individual shops keep their own names and collections. Check the store’s product, payment, delivery, and returns information before ordering.
Can I combine items from different stores?
Each store has its own shopping cart and checkout. Complete your order with each store separately. You can always return to the directory using the Mega Store Kenya link above the shop.
How do cars, perfumes, and printing enquiries work?
Open the relevant store page and choose an enquiry link. You can send Erick your requirements through WhatsApp and ask about current options, availability, pricing, and fulfilment.
Which payment and delivery options are available?
These depend on the store and the item. Review the options and currency shown at checkout, or ask the store to confirm before placing your order. Delivery details for enquiry services are agreed as part of the quote.
How do I get help with an order or a return?
Start with the store that accepted your order and provide your order reference. If you need help finding the store, contact Erick with the store name and reference.
How can I list my store?
