Mortal Kombat 1 – PS5

A full-franchise reboot — Mortal Kombat 1 reimagines the entire series' timeline with a rebuilt roster, Kameo fighter system, and the series' signature brutal presentation.

Product Description

Mortal Kombat 1 was developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Games, releasing in September 2023. Rather than continuing the prior timeline, it presents a full reboot of the Mortal Kombat universe following the events of Mortal Kombat 11's story, introducing a new continuity for beloved characters alongside a fresh combat system built around "Kameo Fighters" — secondary characters that can be called in to assist during matches, adding a new strategic layer to the series' traditionally 1v1 combat.

The game continues the franchise's signature brutal finishing moves and cinematic story mode, with the PS5 version delivering enhanced ray tracing, faster loading, and DualSense haptic feedback tuned to different attack types.
