Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra 16GB/1TB

KES 310,860 | New Arrival | Genuine & Non-Activated | Free Warranty

This is Samsung's most complete foldable, in its most complete configuration. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra 16GB/1TB pairs Samsung's flagship-of-flagships foldable hardware with maximum RAM and storage — built for professionals, creators, and power users who don't want to think twice about performance headroom or running out of space, ever. If you want the single most capable phone Samsung currently makes, with zero compromises anywhere in the spec sheet, this is it.

Why the Z Fold 8 Ultra Is Samsung's True Flagship

The Z Fold 8 Ultra is the genuine successor to the Z Fold 7 lineage — the tall, familiar Fold shape refined to its absolute peak, rather than the newer, differently-proportioned standard Z Fold 8. Everything about it is built for maximalist use: the largest, brightest foldable display Samsung has ever shipped, the highest-resolution camera system on any Galaxy foldable, and — in this specific configuration — the most RAM and storage available on the model.

This Configuration vs the Lower Tiers

All three Z Fold 8 Ultra configurations we stock share identical core hardware — same chip, same display, same camera system, same hinge. The only difference is RAM and storage:

• This 16GB/1TB model is built for creators shooting extensive 4K/8K video, professionals running multiple demanding apps simultaneously via Samsung DeX, and anyone who wants zero storage or memory anxiety for the years they'll own this phone.
• The 12GB/512GB model (also available) suits buyers who want strong multitasking headroom without maximum storage.
• The 12GB/256GB model (also available) delivers the identical Ultra experience for buyers who manage storage carefully or lean on cloud backup.

If you're unsure which tier genuinely fits your use, our honest advice: only pay the premium for 16GB/1TB if you specifically shoot high-resolution video regularly or run demanding multitasking workflows through DeX — otherwise, the 512GB tier delivers excellent value at a meaningfully lower price.

Z Fold 8 Ultra vs Pixel 11 Pro Fold

If you're comparing this against Google's foldable flagship, the trade-offs are genuinely worth knowing. The Z Fold 8 Ultra wins on raw camera resolution (200MP vs the Pro Fold's 50MP main sensor) and offers full S Pen support, which Google's foldable doesn't have at all. The Pixel 11 Pro Fold counters with a full IP68 water resistance rating (versus this phone's IP48) and Google's faster-arriving Gemini AI features. If stylus productivity and camera resolution matter most to you, the Z Fold 8 Ultra remains the stronger pick.

Z Fold 8 Ultra vs iPhone 17 Pro Max

Against Apple's flagship slab phone, the comparison is really about form factor as much as specs. The Z Fold 8 Ultra offers a genuinely unique large-screen, foldable productivity experience — Samsung DeX, S Pen, and a tablet-sized inner display — that no iPhone can replicate. The iPhone 17 Pro Max counters with stronger resale value in Kenya's secondhand market and Apple's more consistent camera processing. If you want a device that can genuinely replace a small tablet as well as a phone, the Fold 8 Ultra is in a different category entirely.

Pros and Cons

Pros:

• 16GB RAM and 1TB storage — the most headroom Samsung offers on any foldable
• 200MP main camera, the highest resolution on any Galaxy foldable
• Full S Pen support built directly into the hinge line
• Genuinely large, bright 8.0-inch inner display at up to 3,000 nits
• Samsung DeX for full desktop-style productivity
• Up to 7 years of guaranteed software updates

Cons:

• Significant price premium over the 512GB and 256GB tiers for storage most users won't fully utilize
• IP48 rating, not full IP68 — less water resistant than some rivals
• Larger, heavier than a standard slab flagship
