Refurbished Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 128GB – 6-Month Warranty

Refurbished & Fully Tested | 6-Month Mega Store Warranty

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is genuinely the flagship-of-flagships in Samsung's 2020 lineup — a 108-megapixel main camera, genuine 5x optical zoom, a curved 120Hz display, and the same responsive S Pen found on the standard Note 20, all in premium glass-and-metal construction. This remains one of the most feature-dense Android flagships available in Kenya's refurbished market.

The 108MP Camera: Genuinely Exceptional Detail

This deserves proper explanation, because 108 megapixels is a genuinely enormous resolution for a smartphone sensor. In practice, this doesn't mean every photo is a 108MP file — the sensor uses Nona-binning technology, intelligently combining nine pixels into one for excellent standard-resolution photos with superior light-gathering in most conditions, while retaining the ability to capture at the full 108MP resolution when maximum detail and cropping flexibility matter. The result is genuinely exceptional daylight photography with real cropping headroom that lower-resolution sensors simply can't match.

Genuine 5x Optical Zoom, Backed by a Laser Autofocus Sensor

Unlike the standard Note 20's hybrid zoom system, the Note 20 Ultra's telephoto lens delivers true 5x optical zoom, supplemented by a dedicated laser autofocus sensor that locks focus considerably faster and more reliably than contrast-based autofocus alone — particularly noticeable in lower light or when tracking moving subjects. Combined, this gives the Note 20 Ultra genuinely the strongest zoom photography in Samsung's 2020 lineup.

The Same Responsive S Pen, in a More Premium Body

The Note 20 Ultra carries the identical S Pen experience as the standard Note 20 — the same 9ms latency and Air Actions gesture control — but wraps it in genuinely premium curved Gorilla Glass 7 front and back, rather than the standard model's flat display and plastic rear. If you specifically want stylus functionality alongside the most premium materials Samsung offered that generation, this is the model built for you.

Full Technical Specifications

12GB RAM: Genuine Multitasking Headroom

The Note 20 Ultra steps up to 12GB of RAM, meaningfully more than the standard Note 20's 8GB — genuinely useful for buyers who multitask heavily between S Pen note-taking apps, browsers, and other applications simultaneously, or who want maximum headroom for years of continued use.

Who This Phone Is Genuinely Right For

Photography enthusiasts who want the strongest possible camera resolution and genuine optical zoom in Samsung's 2020 lineup.

Professionals who use the S Pen intensively and want the most premium materials and largest display to match.

Buyers who want maximum RAM headroom for heavy multitasking or long-term device longevity.

Anyone who wants Samsung's true flagship-of-flagships experience at a genuinely accessible refurbished price point.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra vs Galaxy Note 20 (128GB)

Both share the identical S Pen experience and 9ms latency — the Ultra adds the 108MP main camera (versus the standard model's 64MP telephoto-focused system), genuine 5x optical zoom, a curved 120Hz display (versus flat 60Hz), glass rather than plastic construction, and 12GB RAM (versus 8GB). A substantial, genuine upgrade across nearly every specification if your budget allows.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra vs Galaxy S20+ (128GB)

The Note 20 Ultra adds S Pen support, the considerably higher-resolution 108MP camera, genuine 5x optical zoom (versus the S20+'s 3x hybrid), and 12GB RAM. If stylus functionality and maximum camera resolution matter to you, the Note 20 Ultra is the stronger choice; the S20+ remains excellent if you don't need the stylus.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the 108MP camera actually shoot every photo at full resolution? No — by default it uses Nona-binning to combine nine pixels into one for excellent standard-resolution shots with better light-gathering. The full 108MP resolution is available when you specifically want maximum detail and cropping flexibility.

Is the 5x zoom genuinely optical, or digital like the standard Note 20? Genuinely optical — the Note 20 Ultra's telephoto lens delivers true 5x optical magnification, a real hardware advantage over the standard Note 20's hybrid zoom system.

What's the laser autofocus sensor for? It measures distance directly using laser pulses, delivering faster, more reliable autofocus than contrast-based systems alone, particularly in low light or with moving subjects.

Do I need a special charger for fast charging? The included charger supports 25W charging. Reaching the full 45W speed requires a separately-sold compatible Samsung charger.

Does this phone support 5G in Kenya? Yes, with seamless fallback to 4G LTE where 5G isn't yet available.

Is the phone unlocked and free of any account locks? Yes — every unit is verified fully unlocked before listing, and you're welcome to verify this with us before paying.
