Tekken 7 & Soul Calibur VI Bundle – PS4

Two acclaimed 3D fighting games in one purchase — this bundle pairs Bandai Namco's flagship Tekken and Soul Calibur franchises for fighting game fans who want both.

Product Description

This bundle combines Tekken 7, the ninth mainline entry in the historic Tekken franchise (covered in detail above), with Soul Calibur VI, developed by Bandai Namco Studios and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, releasing in October 2018 as the seventh mainline entry in the long-running Soul Calibur weapons-based fighting series.

Soul Calibur VI is set within a retelling and reboot of the series' earlier historical timeline, centering on the recurring conflict between the cursed sword Soul Edge and its counterpart Soul Calibur, featuring a roster of returning series characters alongside guest fighters from outside franchises — a tradition the series has maintained since its earliest entries. Its core identity distinguishes it from Tekken through weapons-based combat with an 8-directional movement system and a signature "Guard Impact" parry mechanic, alongside a notably strong character creation suite that lets players build highly customized original fighters.

Both games received strong critical reception independently: Tekken 7 as a high point for its franchise's competitive fighting mechanics and story conclusion, and Soul Calibur VI for successfully revitalizing the Soul Calibur series after a lengthy gap since its previous mainline entry, with particular praise for its refined weapons-combat mechanics and deep character creator.
