Refurbished Dell Latitude 3190, Celeron, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD

Refurbished & Fully Tested | 6-Month Mega Store Warranty

The Dell Latitude 3190 introduces Dell's entry-level 3000-series to our catalog — genuinely the most accessible Latitude tier, sourced and fully tested by Mega Store Kenya for buyers who need a dependable, budget-conscious Dell laptop.

The 3000-Series: Dell's Genuine Entry-Level Tier

This is worth explaining directly, since Dell's Latitude numbering signals a genuine tier structure. Where the 5000-series offers standard business reliability and the 7000-series offers premium construction, the 3000-series represents Dell's genuine entry-level tier — a functional, budget-conscious laptop suited to light everyday computing rather than demanding professional work.

An Honest Note on This Configuration

Worth being direct about this: with a Celeron processor, 4GB RAM, and 128GB storage, this configuration is genuinely suited to the lightest everyday tasks — browsing, document editing, and email — rather than heavy multitasking or demanding software.
